Na het nieuws van een nieuw uiterlijk in Leopard eerder vandaag is er nu teleurstellend nieuws. Leopard zal pas in october uitkomen, dit is geen gerucht maar door Apple zelf naar buiten gebracht. Het komt omdat ze mensen die aan Leopard aan het werk waren nodig hadden om de iPhone op tijd af te maken.

Apple zal op de WWDC (waarop eerst gepland was om Leopard uit te brengen) een volledige versie van het nieuwe OS tonen, de ontwikkelaars zullen dan weer een beta mee krijgen om het laatste test werk te volbrengen. Daarna in october zullen wij eindelijk er mee aan de gang kunnen.
